Refund & Exchange Policy
Registration and pre-paid class session fees are non-refundable. All-Star Youth does not give refunds or credits for prepaid classes or special events not attended. If a class or a special event must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (snow day, facility closure, etc.) prepaid accounts will be credited. Class credit will remain on the student’s account for six (6) months after the credit date. Class credit will expire after six (6) months of inactivity.
Merchandise purchased from the All-Star Youth online store will be sent to the participant's class location. All merchandise delivered to the class instructor will be issued under the participant's name. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - EXCHANGES ONLY. All exchanges must be approved by the ASY office. Other than defective items, all merchandise sent back for exchange must be returned in the original condition: items are unworn and in new condition, with the original packaging. We are unable to accept merchandise that is soiled, stained, or that has been previously washed. Cheer Briefs and Dance Tights are non-exchangeable (if opened). The All-Star Youth office reserves the right to reject items received for exchange. If an item is not returned in resalable condition, it will be returned to you. Allow 2-3 weeks for order to be filled and available in class. All merchandise items not picked up by the end of the semester will be forfeited. Clearance items are FINAL SALE - NO EXCHANGES.
